Absolutely horrible drop off management that dissuades any desire to donate.
If you've ever thought to yourself, "I have a bunch of clothes I don't wear anymore, maybe I should donate them so someone else can enjoy them!", then stop right there and save yourself hours of frustration and pitch them in the garbage. I tried donating a trunk's worth of clothing but first I had to wait in line for 30 minutes then was told that the line was closing for an hour because they needed to unload a truck. Y'all expect people to wait that long??? So, instead, I threw everything away.
It's a shame that terrible managers who don't care about people's time does such a disservice to those who'd benefit the most
