I spent two nights at this hotel and was informed by both of the employees that would receive some sort of compensation back because we were absolutely freezing in our room because the heater was not working. Supposedly an electrician came out to fix it while we were gone on Saturday but it was still broken. They gave us a tiny roll away heater to "fix the problem" which clearly didn't work. We did not sleep either night and, we’re informed that the room beside ours also didn’t have working heater either. The staff was incredibly rude and the manager Rodney Stillwell sent me an email totally disregarding my concerns and didn't bother to call me back when I asked multiple times for them to do so. Worst bed and breakfast ever! Don't stay here.

What a beautiful hidden 💎 gem in midst of many wineries and lil fun towns to explore...the rustic vintage ambience - cozy romantic rooms, multiple inviting common areas to sit and welcoming glass of wine. The service and people were all so kind and super helpful. The morning complimentary breakfast was so good.

Stayed here over birthday weekend in June. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We checked out and they texted me my husband forgot his shirt they offered to mail it for a fee. Great his my cc number and please make it. ||||Flash forward 4 months later and no shift. I have probably tried half a dozen times to get the shirt with no luck. They went so far as to send me a fake tracking number that says UPS never received the package. I really hope this hotel is not marketing itself as a high end hotel because the service is horrible. Do not offer to accommodate a customer and then lie and fall flat. It’s just sad that these hotels are charging so much and treating their customers like this. If fine if you can’t mail but don’t offer and then lie about it.
