This company was hired in 2019 when I bought a house to certify the septic, in order to certify they needed to do some digging and expose the tee pipe going in to the septic and show that it’s in working order. They supposedly did that and certified it. I have had several problems with the system backing up since we bought the house, this last time about 2 months ago I had to call Roto Rooter to come out the dug up the same are only to find that the tee pipe going in to the septic was covered over with thin concrete almost as if the tee pip going in to the septic was broken and rather than correctly fixing it they just covered it with concrete. The signed off that the tee pipe was present but they couldn’t know that because it’s not visible. I spent $5,000 so far and still will need to dig up my sidewalk and replace that pipe or I will keep having issues. My realtor as called and left messages twice, next stop is a lawsuit.

My mom had a holding tank collapse after a storm in Big Bear. Bob was so helpful the entire process. From the first call to the last texts, he was super responsive and informative. He got to work right away and saved us so much valuable time. I'm really impressed with his work and efficiency. Just call and you can tell by talking with him that he is the guy for the job.
