Hands down some of the best bread I've ever had. The artisanal quality makes every bite savory and special. The family who runs the business is friendly, and truly cares about the fine art of making bread with traditional European methods. You will be hard pressed to find a better tasting loaf of bread, pastry, or cookie in the PNW.

Picked up a loaf of Parm Black Pepper and it was my favorite bread ever!! Plus the ladies selling it in Tacoma were so very sweet!
