Not sure where all these glowing reviews are from, Yelp seems to have some reviews echoing my experience. TL;DR: Don't come here for regular polish and pick your nail tech wisely.
I booked an appointment online so there would be no confusion about what I wanted and my details for services were not looked at all. My pedicure was given in a cold tub with no bubbles, when my technician (Diana? She never introduced herself but that was the name on the menu she handed me) noticed she unclogged the drain with my feet still in the tub to little improvement. The massage chair did not turn on and I was given no time to soak.
I wanted a French mani-pedi with lavender tips and after some confusion over selecting the correct color (because apparently the gel formula looks different and that's all they had for selectors) she put no base coat on my toes and only did the tips. I've included a photo of the color she said was 573. One of my toe cuticles was knicked to the point of bleeding and she didn't apologize and seemed to hope that I didn't notice. I reiterated twice that I didn't want gel polish (also specified in my appointment selections) and yet still received it on my hands, increasing my final bill by $30 for something I did not want.
I had another appointment to get to and am generally anxious so I paid and left. I was sent a survey where I expressed my dissatisfaction with service. They said they would contact me soon to remedy the situation but it's been 3 weeks and no one reached out. I will not be returning.
