Came here for lunch during restaurant week, I was a little hesitant about the fixed menu but I'm glad I tried it. The flavors were fantastic, and they were exploratory but still familiar enough to be delicious. There were a lot of little details done right, from having the salad leaves evenly coated in dressing, to the perfect thickness of the meat and fish slices. You could tell a lot of care was put into the food at every level. The waitstaff was friendly and approachable, and it seemed like they enjoyed what they do. All in all, I was a little intimidated by the menu since I'm not really a foodie, but it was a rich experience that reminded me of how good a meal can be.

Clean space. Brittany was a very welcoming and hospitable hostess. Ty was dutiful as a server, with a nice low key sense of humor. I got the cauliflower, which was out of this world with an orange sauce glaze. The spicy tuna roll was ordinary, but it was a happy hour roll, so I didn't expect much. I'll likely go a different route next time. The Little Ume mocktail was tangy and different, I dug it, but only got it because they were out of all their ciders. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, but almost too antiseptic, but again, it was 4pm on a Tuesday, so it's unfair to truly expect atmosphere. For more reviews, see my Insta (a) cheapeatssea.

We were walking around for dinner and saw this place, review seem decent and the place look nice. So we tried the set $120 seemed like a good choice. It looks great. But I didn’t like any of the roll. It’s so so, not matching the price. I eat slice and been to other sushi place that has some spice that kick. But this one, it’s too sweet, even spicy tuna was sweet, no hint of kick for me. Maybe for others. Sushi and sashimi was alright. Not bad. But roll, nothing special for this set. But I don’t know if I want to go back, because if the spicy tuna doesn’t have any hint of spice , I don’t know if anything else would be good.
