Overall, I highly recommend this place for folks with skin allergies or sensitivities. Great atmosphere, terrific service, accessible parking, and reasonable prices.

1.) A clean and spa-like atmosphere that's surprising in a small space. The salon has neutral tones throughout, comfortable furniture (including the salon chairs), and fun local art displayed which provides pops of color.
2.) Amazing service. I presented a photo of what I wanted for a haircut and Stacy (the owner) delivered. Before using any products in my hair, Stacy asked if I was allergic to any chemicals, which I thought was very thoughtful. During my eyebrow wax, Stacy took her time, and I felt that the type of wax used was more gentle and I experienced less stinging.
3.) Huge plus: there is free parking in front of her building which is becoming more uncommon in the city of Seattle.
4.) Compared to other salons I've checked out in the Eastlake, U District, and Wallingford area, her prices are the most reasonable I've seen for her services.
I had the pleasure of having Stacy cut my hair, it was a magical experience. I haven't had a haircut this nice in years. I would highly recommend Bambu Organic Salon and I will be coming back!
