Nice clothes that frequently fit my slimmer body type well. Colors and patterns tend to give a bit of a worldly look to classic pieces. Original prices are high, but at outlets like this they are marked down to reasonable or better prices. Especially once they get you hooked into their rewards program... This location had men's and women's, with about a 40% - 60% split between the two.
Super poor customer service The girl standing infront of the store 12/28 to let people in with red long hair is rude. Many people went out still don’t let customer go in. Especially is 7 degree outside without any heat. Asked her what sale is there she said is everywhere I don’t know. Asked for her name she said she is not allow to give me. Then she ask me “ would you like to leave”. I didn’t do anything wrong, why would I need to leave ? She said because you are causing drama here. What?? I only asked what’s the sale and her name! What is the drama. This issue should be escalated to regional of the store. What type of customer service is this?
