Located in the Great Mall in Milpitas. The staff is friendly and the selection is varied. It is important to note that this is a Banana Express Outlet store so the styles could be different from what you will see in regular stores - I found this out the hard way when I tried to return something I bought from a Banana Republic Store to this store and was told that I had to return to a non-outlet store.

The prices are great, and there always seems to be some sort of discount on top of the sales price. The sales staff is very helpful, and there are many of them keeping the shelves tidy. They also don't bother you while you are shopping unless. The lines for checkout can get long, so you can't always plan on coming in and out quick.

First visit after the pandemic and I realised prices have gone up. Also in spite of it being a factory outlet the discounts weren't enough so I ended up buying nothing except for a pair of boxers. Will try again maybe they will have a better sale nearer to mother's day.
