The service there was very poor. I don't need my hand held while I'm shopping, but they didn't acknowledge us at all when we walked in and were the only shoppers. The whole time my partner and I were looking at clothes we weren't offered assistance. I had to go up to them to ask for a different size, which they didn't have, then followed with seeking out a person to try something on, and lastly I had to ask to check out.

Upon asking to check out, who I believe was the manager, told me to give him a minute and then asked a staff member to deal with me.

On top of this, their inventory was the most limited i've ever seen in a store.

Pros: I was eventually greeted. It was like there was a time delay though.

Not only was I offered assistance, but I was shown where the handbags were throughout the store.

To improve: The place seemed organized, but the general, overall layout is confusing for a first time customer.

I didn’t like the selection of anything offered, but that’s just my tastes and preferences. I didn’t knock any stars off for that.

The experience was so-so, not anything memorable.
