NoHorrible customer service today, did they have robots working tonight? I must have been spoiled over the years with great service because today was exact opostite. To get to the point, I was never greeted walking in. Asked for price tag because it had two different prices on same threads, and was told probably the same as the lowest. "Probably " Then I walked to the register with only one customer and two clerks, none bother to give me even eye contact as I stood right next to them. Later I asked where I can try on the 5 pairs of pants on my arm. Clothes were not gathered like most stores do but I was pointed to briefly the direction of the room. After trying on the pants , I asked a lady in the fitting if she would know if another size available , she said she doesn't know. I asked if she could check inventory, she said yes the register will let u know and if they can't then come back here and I will do it. WOW! I asked a guy on the floor if he has seen any other like this pant and he said if we do, it will be over there (pointed again) Lastly I was waiting in line with two checkers ringing up. All alone for several minutes when another lady walked up besides me at then the checker on her side opened up. The checker took her over me knowing I was standing first a lot longer. As patient as I am and humble I may be I stood for awhile, then decided to just leave. Loved those pants, and WAS the only reason I didn't walk out earlier. Feel glad I finally did though. :( Not sure what happen to the customer service or BP ? I don't think it was me!
