This store aspires to be high end but I will not shop here anymore and will share the experience with others.
The staff were completely useless and intentionally difficult when I tried to return/exchange brand new unworn merchandise that had just passed the return period. I had to visit the store and call their support multiple times until they finally provided some store credit.
The staff repeated used the same fake excuses for why they couldn't return/credit for the items, even going so far as saying that the system doesn't even allow it.
Don't waste your time at this store, period. AVOID.
