I didn’t have a great experience with service. Employee basically tried to take commission by getting me a dressing room and then wouldn’t really help me, but also this blocking anyone else from helping me? Love the store and clothes but what this sales person did to me was completely unfair to me as a customer and to his fellow employees.

My review of Banana Republic - filing this under their flagship store, because no other Google review option for the overall Banana Republic. This good - clothes are good quality and fair price. The mediocre - I’ve been to 3 physical stores, 2 had good service but another had poor service. The bad - corporate customer service is not good. I am a pretty regular customer - bought 6 items in last two months. Separately, I was gifted two BR items. I simply tried to exchange the unopened, tagged, and unused gifts for different colours, but I was met with rude customer service in a physical store, and corporate’s phone customer service was very unhelpful.

Ryan is an absolute magician! I came in looking for a change and walked out feeling like a total rockstar. His eye for style combined with his warm and welcoming nature made the whole experience such a blast. Easily best shopping experience, can't recommend enough!!
