This store has the laziest staff I have ever seen in my life. Their check out system is now strictly mobile, and the staff clearly hasn’t been trained. The managers couldn’t care less about their customers, we waited 20 mins to check out because we had a banana reward and needed a gift receipt, which was apparently too much to ask. Mind you we were the only ones in line. Absolutely ridiculous, might as well get your clothes at Walmart because you’ll check out faster.

BEST service I have ever had. Homecoming is coming up and I bought a nice jacket but needed a undershirt and pants. They helped me for over an hour find the perfect shirt and pants. I tried on atleast 20 outfits and they were patient and helped me find the perfect fit. Best service EVER! Hands down

I went in there to return and exchange some items that I ordered online. I tried to ask for a refund on a cardigan I purchased online because it was too small and there were no more bigger sizes left online. The manager or the assistant manager (male) who was not sincere or looked happy to be there told me I could not get a refund because it was a "final sale". When I got home, I checked my online order and there was an option for me to return the cardigan and get a refund. I will not be shopping at that Banana Republic AVALON store again. The employee gave zero to no effort in helping me return my item.
