I came by one weekend to try out of a few guitars because I was chasing tone demons. Scott was very helpful and let me try a number of guitars in different price ranges. I never felt pressured to buy and had a wonderful experience chatting with him while playing new and vintage acoustics. I did not hesitate to come back the following week and happily walked away with a great guitar. They have a very diverse selection of acoustics and I'd be happy to make the trip back again when I'm back in the market.

While your staff is excellent, especially Brad, your service when ordering a product is not competitive. My wife ordered a Tech 21 pedal through you a couple of weeks before Xmas as present for me. We didn’t get it till a week and a half after New Years. While we want to support local businesses, if we had ordered the same pedal online for the same price we would have had it two - three days after the order was placed. You need to find a way to be more competitive with online services.
