I am so disappointed in Banfield. They are impossible to get a hold of. Figured out why once I went back in, they leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to deal with calls. Yes front desk confirmed this when I saw the phone just laying on the desk. Got home after my Husky had surgery. Knew he was not ok that night. Called and called, was told it was normal. The 24 hour chat is a joke, when your baby is having a terrible episode you have to jump on the computer to try and reach someone to message online. They are not allowed to call you. Then they want video. Ummm hello the episode already happened, how am I supposed to get video. They have no after hours clinic for emergencies, you can't even speak with a real person after hours. The online chat gives out all wrong info. 2 of the vets they told me I could go to after hours, no longer offered that. Also, check your medications before you leave the clinic. They gave me ours then when I got home it was not all in the bottles. I went back in, they tried to charge another 100 plus. They had to go look that I did infact already pay. The front deck people don't seem to know anything, not even how to work the coffee machine in their lobby. I'm stuck in this monthly plan when I'm not ok brining my dog back to them.
