Love the new location! Very clean, quiet and welcoming. Staff is so sweet! They genuinely care about your fur baby. They don’t try to push sales onto you or recommend treatments that your pets don’t need. I thought my puppy may need her ear swab but the doctor said everything looked good, so no swab needed! Works for me! Very happy with our experience today. I’ve been a Banfield customer for years and will continue to be. They couldn’t stop loving on Miss Maple 💜

I have appreciated so much of Banfield and how amazing the care is, the guidance in how to take care of my puppy at home, how pleasant staff is when you speak to them. I am so thankful everyday I have a great care program for my puppy. Thank you Banfield!

Initially place was great. However, back in April paid $500+ to have some scans done on my dog. Took several weeks just to get the results even though doctor said would be ready same day. We had to make several calls to get the results and the Dr was out multiple days. Once he did call he didn't have any quotes ready to have what needed to be done taken care of, so we told him to call us back with an estimate, no big deal. Never heard from him. When you call the office staff they just say the doctor is backed up and quotes can take some time and to just keep calling back. Here we are 3 months after initial scans and today when I called was told the Dr once again isn't in til Wednesday and the office manager is also gone so talking about a refund for the scans won't be possible either. Was told once again, "I can leave a note for someone to reach out to you", you know because that has worked so well over the last 3 months, LOL, what a joke. Really cares about the well being of my animal, not!!!!
