We've been taking our dogs here since 2016 and we love it. All staffs are super nice and friendly and very understanding. One of my dog Pinot is not a human friendly one but she is really nice to all staff here. I think she knows that the staffs here are kind, loving and genuine.

The only reason I gave a rating of a 3 is because the web site says they open at 7am, but you get the closed message until AFTER 8am. We will see when they answer. This is terrible customer service. Other than that the staff is great and I’ve had great service

People have been saying for a long time that the service is bad, there was only one doctor that we enjoyed but we definitely do not want to return here. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, Bad service, rude employees and the managers don’t follow up or return calls. Going to cancel my membership and find a better fit.
