The staff here is very friendly, helpful, and patient with our pooch. We live closer to a different location but prefer to tak him here because the staff is nicer.

We love this Banfield. Louie has been going for over 10 years and they have consistently provided awesome care for him. All the vets there are super caring and the front staff are very nice, even when they are swamped. When we forget a leash they give you one. We have it as an emergency back up in the truck and recently we needed it at LaPush. Here’s the photo. Good advertisement for them lol.

Do NOT buy the Wellness Plan! With a new puppy, these people (the secretary and the vet) pressure people into getting the Wellness Plan, claiming it will save you money. It costs about $100 a month, doesn’t cover all the fees, you’re locked into it for a year. It’s been 14 months, I tried to cancel, was told I OWE $600 for the services I used that were ‘covered by the plan’. I had an invoice of $900 (something I’ve never seen) from just one office visit where my dog got routine shots and a worm test. I left a voicemail for someone to get back with me from my local Banefield to explain and haven’t heard back. Go to a real vet, save your money. This place is a scam and their customer service is abysmal. There’s currently a class action lawsuit against them for this very reason.
