What a joke of a Bank. I met with a "Customer Service" rep whom I don"t remember his name (started with a "J" and told him I needed to set up a checking account for my brothers estate (he obviously passed) and my name (his Legal Personal Representative) as required by law. He told me I would have to make an appointment for the following day. His entire disposition was rude, cold and pompous. The following day, I met with Mia Huang who is a Merrill employee and when I explained why I was there said that "Jason" "Jacob" Josh" had steered me in the wrong direction and that she couldn't help me. 2 days wasted because one person didn't do his job correctly. It's no wonder that after looking for another BOA in the Vancouver area there was not one branch that had a review higher than 2.4 stars. (including this branch).
