Bank of America ATM

I went to this bank to withdraw from my MC bankcard. I was told I could not withdraw money because i did not have an account. I informed them that I was able to do so at other branches but this one is the only one that is open. The manager stated that no nranch should be doing it and they could not help me. My wife has an account with BoA so i went and got her to transfer money to her account. The manager stated I could not transfer money from my card to her account which I know was not true. I asked where is that in writing being my card holder and BoA corporate stated that was not true. We called back to BoA corporate to which again they stated nowhere it is written that either transaction could not be done. I felt very discriminated against how we were treated by this manager and observed for the 20 mins. we were there not 1 person of color came into the branch. The person helping us from corporate apologized for how we were treated abd reported the branch to Corporate.
