I’ve had Bank of America and every bank I’ve been to, they’ve always been so nice and helpful and I’m always in and out. Recently, I moved closer to this one, so I tried going here to cash my check and they said it “looked like a copy”. Even though I literally cash the same type of check every week at other bank of America’s and it’s never a problem. I can’t help but feel like it’s because I look different then their usual foot traffic. Never coming back.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I got here today on Saturday at like 8:50am, bank opens at 9am. I had fraudulent activity and I had already cancelled my debit card. I wanted to get a temp card but had to see a banker. Door opened at 9am. There were 3 bankers and they had appointments starting at 930am. I was there at 9 and she said they would not see me unless a person with an appointment cancelled. I asked her why I can't be seen now when their next appointment is in 30min? She sighed and told me some nonsense. It was ridiculous

Bank of America has brand ATM machines, and the walk up tellers have a seat in front where you can sit and rest well they are working on your transaction. We came in to take care of some basic transactions. Put found out that without a reservation there's a long wait. The lady that came to wait on us said that she couldn't help us at that time because she didn't have a desk to service us with. It would have been good if she had had a computer or handheld computer available or she could help us even though there wasn't a desk. Overall I'm pleased with the Bank of America at this location or courteous and the facility is well kept. But they should make sure that they can service everyone that comes into their front door where they have a reservation or not.
