Kept putting a week hold on my checks, the third time I deposited my check online it was available the next day. And now, I tried depositing again and they decided hold it again for 7 days. Wow, and there’s no way to cancel it! Fantastic! Imagine, you needed the money for bills and they kept putting a hold on it after 3 deposits. How amazing that is, right!

I go to this location for my bank needs for a retail brand for about a year. The overall service is really good. I just want to give a special spotlight to Aylin for her being assertive and always going above and beyond my expectations.

This is the worst BofA. It’s close to my house that’s why I come here. There are only 2 tellers. Always wait between 15-20 minutes in line. This bank does not appreciate its customers. Bank sign on door says closing at 4, when it’s only 3 the doors are locked. They need to hire more tellers. This is ridiculous. Will be closing account.
