The lines are always long. 6 windows only 2 open . Workers behind counter doing other things. They should open a window until the line go down and then go back to what you were doing. It's called customer service. I forgot, when you're nation wide it doesn't count?

This branch is the least helpful BofA I’ve ever visited. The branch manager is a mystery person and if you visit to inquire why they put a 10 day hold on deposited checks that have never bounced and a long history of deposit, they can’t help. They won’t even try. I visited because of this and was told the manager was at lunch. Then after 10 minutes of waiting was told he was in meetings. So I left my contact info because you can’t call any branch because...well I don’t know why. The phone rings until you get hung up on by the electronic lady. So I visited again today only to be told that the manager never got my note nor was he actually in the branch for the past month and a half. Are they kidding? Who’s running this bank? Bank of America has great phone support but their branch employees in this particular bank are not helpful.
