- If you have trouble with the ATM transactions, it is very likely that you can not get help from the bank, because they explained they are not in charge of the ATM and you need to call the customer service number specifically for the ATM.
- Almost EVERY TIME I contacted the staff here they asked me to open a new credit card and as I declined, they usually kept on persuading me. Such sales tactic is so unprofessional that I seldom confront it at other places, including banks.

I made an appointment here and was nervous because of the mixed reviews. Fred was very helpful and pleasant. He was patient and addressed all of my concerns. I appreciated that he was thorough and really took time to verify all of my account information. Thanks Fred!

Been to this location many times depositing checks for our business. They routinely do not have enough tellers to handle the customers. Long lines, the atmosphere is sterile and I dread coming here. One extra star for having security (feels safe) and they have a parking lot.
