Every time I come to this branch as PoA for my mom they either give me wrong information or mess up something on her account which causes huge ramifications. Once you work with one individual you can't seem to get hold of them again for an appointment so need to start all over again. Stay away.

They don't open the doors on time, and when they do open up, the tellers are not ready to conduct any business. No apologies or acknowledgment of their customers as well.

If you can help it stay away. Lines for tellers are ridiculously long. Merchant line is never open. You would think they know and understand their traffic flows. End and middle of the month they should make sure to have Merchant line open.
