Misleading me back in Fort with the information. Do your job and be knowledgeable people. That's why we were there to asked you not to let us wait like forever. Not accommodating and not friendly at all. I was confused about information, no one explained it at all! You're not doing your job as good as a banker people.

New to LA, a lovely lady by the name of Sophie, assisted me with opening a bank account in a timely manner with Bank of America. She was sweet,patient,informative in the most simplest way and had direct answers to all of my questions. Sophie made my experience go smoothly and I feel better about opening an account, I believe she’s what every Bank of America needs from her kindness to accommodating customers to her performance at work. All are exceptional in my best opinion.
