We have had several issues with the system not contacting us when there was suspicious activity on are accounts. We talked to the bank over and over but all we got was nothing but a little attitude from the branch manager and no help on resolving the problems. We’ve been with the bank for more than 35 years but it’s time to switch.

There's no point of closing at 4pm,the old lady's do lots of talking with the costumers. 'Not bank related". And they hold the line up.

I'm from out of state and I don't have a bank here in California to go inside and cash my checks my mobile deposit takes a week to process and be available. They were able to cash my Treasury check even though I didn't have a BofA account. The fee was $8 and the cashiers were very professional and polite. Thank you BofA
