A lot of people are walking around yet only a single teller is working at any given time even when there is a big line of customers. Branch manager is useless and doesn't help with easing the teller line, "it's not my job" she told a customer while I was waiting. They really just want you to use the ATM and will avoid in-bank transitions at all cost. If you need more than $500 dollars cash which is over the ATM limit, they'll tell you to go to another branch - they won't give you any more cash than what the ATM will as I was told directly by the branch manager. When I was last there the branch manager also hassled a very old person who used a walker and repeatedly tried to get him out and use the ATM even though he repeatedly said he didn't want to as it was just too difficult. They really are no longer a "bank" as much as they seem to be moving more towards "financial management" branch.
This branch use to be great but somehow lost there customer service value - avoid this branch of possible
