All the Tellers here are very helpful & friendly except the blonde with the shorter hair, heavier set. Even though I write my account number on my deposit slip and show my account card, she crossed my account number out saying it wasnt written good enough. She seems like she hates her job, she shouldn't take it out on the customers. All the other Tellers are great & friendly.

Just stood in line for 45 mins to cash a check here. Teller told that this is perfectly normal….smh then i had to pay their $8 fee to cash it, real nice smh Thanks Bank of America, real stand up banking practices…. At least the teller was nice.

My wife tried for over one hour to Transfer from our account to another account. Both are in the the North Bend branch. Now she is driving from Cle Elum to North Bend to withdraw the Money's I've tried for years to get her to close the account maybe she'll do it now. Unbelievable poor service, members for over 50 years time for a change.
