I been with Bank of America several years, and I was very happy with their services. But this year has been the biggest disappointment standing in line for very long time. Only two tellers all the time, no consideration for the elderly standing for a very prolonged time. Some Bankers have no professionalism maybe because I have tattoos, I went to College for your information even if I didn't have education we all deserve respect and expect for them to be professional. I would not recommend Bank of America at the moment not with the service. I'm sorry but I'd like to be very honest. No need for feedback thank you, I see responses to what people comment but no change at all. I'm very concerned for the elderly I seen them standing for long, is ridiculous.

Tuesday sep 4,,2018, in was there for two hours,,,about 40 people waiting in a very long line, but that's not the worst, the worst is that there were just TWO tellers, and let's not talk about for Friday, this is absurd because is been happening for a while,,, and really just two tellers, that is completely unacceptable, my opinion: replace manager, and please hire more teller,

It’s ridiculous, long line and only 2 windows, what a waste of time. Other staff were just talking and standing not trying to open another window… don’t really care for customer service !!!
