CB, the senior mortgage lender at the Liberty Lake location leaves much customer service to be needed. He did not return my call or leave a message on my voicemail concerning a loan I was seeking. I had to keep calling him to get a reply to my inquiry. As well, after allowing BOA to run my credit and look up the value of my home They denied my loan claiming that my credit score was good, my income was good, and the value of my home was good but that I did not have enough open credit lines. Hahaha claiming I need more open debt and more open credit lines. Looks as though Bank of America only deals with debt slaves! And I am proudly not one of those so I will be doing my business with banks that can appreciate a person with zero debt.😁

I rely on this bank being open. We own a business where I frequent the bank multiple times a week for deposits. I am so tired of coming to this location and it being closed for Covid reasons. Not just the many months it was closed at the start, it's been multiple times throughout this year. Post falls and Spokane Valley are out of my way and something I have to make a special trip for. Tried to reach out for mobile/scanning deposits but I refuse to pay a fee for a monthly service when the local branch can't remain open. I understand Covid and the impacts that have happened. I'm a local business trying to do what I need as well. Otherwise for a review... friendly people and needs are pretty much supported. Just not this.
