In early 2016 this location had a massive layoff and have yet to hire any additional personnel . There have been months where the window was closed due to there not being enough employees to cover the window and the people inside. Now a days when I go in there will be only one teller that is working, that now has to cover the window and the people inside.
This particular branch is anti-military, weird considering it is a navy town. The manager has told all employees to refuse the use of navy or any form of military ID as identification. Customer service has told me that the manager is the one to blame for this and she has been reprimanded for it.
