I come to this bank all the time and haven't had issues. The new ATM machines are great and can do so many things and you can talk to a teller there also. The people commenting that the workers are fat and lazy is disrespectful. If you feel that way then you should apply for the job then they would have more people there to work faster.

Do not use their ATM inside or outside . They are not safe they say they check them daily, and that's a lie. My account was cleaned out. Then they don't want to cooperate with the sheriff department to see the footage of the people who took my money. There not a safe place to bank. It's taking a long time for them to replace my money because of their lack of safety and cooperation with the law. I hope edd finds a different bank then baking with Bank of America .

I bank here all the time. The new teller machines are great except that they never have cash on Friday's when you need to cash your check. They reduced the amount of real tellers for the machine tellers but most of the time the new tellers don't even work. What a joke. The manager is also no help she just walks around and giggles at customers waiting in line. BofA you need to get it together.
