What's the point of having a "Merchant Line", if you take 10 people before you help the merchants??
Update 11/28/18: Horrible. Just horrible. 28 minutes and still haven't called one merchant. I can't understand this place. Going to talk to my Area Director and see if he can switch our account to another bank. All 4 of us managers always have issues here with being Merchants. Might as well just have ome line for everyone if they can't have one specific merchant teller. I don't get it. This place needs to get their stuff together.

Rude customer service, combative, argumentative, unprofessional and SLOW. The tellers there are rude. They don’t know how to speak to a customer or they pick and choose who to speak with professionally because they think they can get away with it. The branch is awful and Doug and Jessica must be the issue. Reflection of WEAK leadership. Suggestion get new branch manager and assistant manager.

Every time I come here it's to deposit money, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the drive thru is not accepting cash deposit, it's not just this location either. What is going on with bank of America?? I was so frustrated today I left my card in the machine, went to go I side to tell them and to make my deposit , the line was ridiculous. No way I was waiting. Luckily I have a savings act with a dif card, was able to deposit at the walk up machine and then transfer on line and cancel, request new card. Why are we still having to deal with post pandemic stupidity?
