The most ridiculous customer service. Believe me, taco truck has someone to serve you but not Bank of America. this location of BOA is the worst of all time in the history of banking.

This bank sucks.. makes me wonder if having an account with BOA is worth it. I was having a bad day because an ATM machine ate my card. I replaced my card on the app and went to this branch to use the contactless option, but the woman in the front just looked at me and said she couldn't help me. She tried to make it better by saying "it didn't work for another customer earlier either" seriously! Didn't even move or try to find me help. Made my day worse!

Really friendly tellers and banking professionals; however, never adequately staffed with tellers but overloaded with new account and loan professionals. Hmm... I wonder where the priorities are?
