I took my mom to two Bank of America’s yesterday and they were both closed. Figured they were all closed. I had her write me a check and I would go cash it at my bank I needed to have my mom take out cash to pay her workers at her house I saw this bank was open while at Vons so went in to cash it there. They said it would be a $8 charge since I didn’t have a account. I explained the whole story and told her what two banks I went to. I asked her to please wave the fee since we went to two banks. I didn’t want to drag my 70 year old mother out of the house again during Covid. Manager in charge today wouldn’t wave the fee and charged a $8 fee even though I said this was for her I think during times like these and your banks being closed inside you should think about waving some of these fees. This is a good example of why I wont be joining your bank and maybe talk about my mom moving to my bank
I m customers of bank of America since 2005, I don't like to have negative thoughts but after covid every come out but not bank of America. I went many branches to do deposit for my business. Is worst service and they suddenly closed branches without any notice. Longer waiting time, employees not showing up or don't like to help you. Like no one cares about customers.
