I was a new customer who opened up an online checking account recently. I went up to the closest branch, which was the Bank of America off of Antelope rd here in Menifee CA, and the customer service I received there was absolutely TERRIBLE. I received no help from both the teller ( her name was Anita) as well as the branch manager they completely turned me away right away because I didn’t receive the pin for my account in the mail yet. All I was looking for was alternative solutions as well as helpful information as to what I can do, especially because it was my first time opening up a checking account. Never going back there again and I will be opening up a new bank account elsewhere. DEFINITELY NOT the customer service one looks for, especially as a first impression.

Not a lack of staffing. Just a lack of seeing people as people. Terrible customer service! The worst part is they were nice to me. Just not to anyone else in there! Did they think I'm blind and don't care how they treat people?
I've done sales for a living for more than a decade and I've never seen a place shoot themselves in the foot as bad as this place.
Another lady recognized the bad look and tried to make things smoother but I had seen enough by then. I wonder what their closing ratios are? I bet they're abysmal whenever that lady is there.

It was HORRIBLE! Considering I’m not even a BOA customer, I just came a long for the ride with my SO who just switched from Wells Fargo. I’m now glad I didn’t and never will. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. After checking the rating for the bank I wasn’t surprised to see 1.8 stars. It doesn’t take much to train workers to be kind and not treat loyal customers like they are criminals. Horrible horrible experience. I’m referring to the BOA located on 30187 Antelope Rd, Menifee, CA. If you guys care about account retention at all, something needs to be done at this location. BY THE WAY I REPORTED THIS LOCATION TO CORPORATE. Anyone else who had a bad experience should too!
