I was greeted by the assistant manager Andrew Gelder right away. I only made a simple transaction but he was very nice and helpful. Didn't need to fill out a form but he snapped a picture of my check and printed a receipt for me. Amazing customer service. Shout out to Andrew the AM.

They don’t deserve 1 star - Unfortunately the service at this branch is terrible. The Vice President - sougol mortezavi is very unhelpful and unprofessional. You can see in her demeanor and work ethic that she doesn’t care about the customer at all. I would never let my staff act in the manner she acted towards me “the customer”. I was shocked to find out her position with the bank. I don’t think the corporate office knows how she really treats customers. Shame it’s really too bad!!

Incredibly shameful behavior! Not only was the man who was opening late, but didn't notify me that they were only taking appointments. The blonde lady, who I can only imagine is a manager, had a terrible attitude and when I explained to her that I need her help, she walked away. Absolutely unacceptable. How can BofA allow such terrible treatment of customers? I've been with them for over 25 years and have multiple accounts. Ready to leave.
