Second time in a year that the same teller makes a serious mistake. Be careful...a year ago I took cash to be counted and the young, male teller was socializing with the teller to his left and he miscounted my cash. I immediately informed the supervisor who recounted the cash and corrected his mistake. This am I went to deposit $1100 in Western Union money grams and he only counted it as $300. It clearly is written in purple ink what amount each Moneygram is worth. If you do not pay attention, he apparently does not have attention to detail skills and it could cost you money. He's the taller, young male, glasses, black hair and Asian.

I was wating 20+ minutes because there were only 2 associates and one of them decided to talk about their whole personal life with another guest. I get it good costumer service but you also have to know when to stop ongoing conversations so other people that are waiting can get help.

I've been to this Branch 3 times in one day and no one could help me. 1st time at lunch and she returned late and I had to leave within the 20 minutes waiting. 2nd time I waited over an hour and had to pick up my dad from the doctors. I called the Baldwin branch and they have no one to help me and directed me to the same branch with sub par service. I called corporate and they there just as bad. 3rd time, no one could assist me. By the way, I had the same financial matter at Citibank and was handled within 10 minutes the first time there, with no issues. I regret having to bank with this bank. Worst service ever. Now I have to escalate this. This is huge waste of time and money.
