I have had the pleasure of banking here at the Bank of Pacific (Lynden) for over 10 years, excellent staff, excellent service. Staff treat you very well and do their very best. Best bank ever! I highly recommend them....
I'm changing this from a 5 star review to a 1. I had to contact this branch as a last resort, I had apologized in 2 different ways, and had told them that why I was upset had nothing to do with them. As the manager above regional manager said "I'd agree that you're better off with a credit union"
As a general rule of thumb this bank will refuse to update any and all of your information then call it a mistake. They will not forward any of you calls then call it a mistake. They can't help you update or activate your credit and debit card then call it a mistake. After years of "mistakes" I got angry, called them out, they argued with me from everything in regards to why they were refusing to update my account, and why they weren't forwarding my calls. Then they'll just close your account.
