Call before being in a non branded chainsaw for repair! They don't service poulan for some reason. But helpful mechanic explained how to and that was nice. Everyone there is nice.

I came in thinking I needed a new chain for my chainsaw. They could have sold me one but instead asked what was wrong with the old one. I told them the problem and the clerk told me how to fix it myself. That is beyond customer service because technically I wasn't one. The repair worked just like they said it would.
