Irate is an understatement to how I feel. Unless I am SEVERELY misunderstanding the conversation I had with an employee, then I have to wonder why, WHY a wire transfer would be rejected FIRST, and LATER I would receive a call about it. It was INCREDIBLY important that I received that money, beyond what their teller/ customer service rep. may have realized. But the point is, they should NOT be rejecting transfers without consulting the account owner first, regardless of the reason for rejection. Now it may take days to get it sorted...deeply considering changing banks because none of the info on wire transfers was EVER made clear to me when I was calling every week to see if anything unusual was pending. Huge ball dropped by them in my opinion. May have cost me a lot more than the money they rejected from going into my account.

Seriously best customer service of ANY other Banner... or Bank for that matter..
They care about you AND your money!
They have become more like family over the years we have banked with them.
