I have banked with Banner Bank since at least 2008. I have felt that their customer service has been very good. In particular, Ceci has been very helpful. Recently someone attempted to use my card info to make a purchase out of state. As my debit card was blocked due to the attempted fraud, I was unable to make an ATM deposit I needed to make that evening. Ceci was able to reverse the overdraft charge. She suggested I come in to get a new debit card, because if you request it by phone it can take a week or so to get it. I also love Banner bank because they refund ATM fees at other banks.
