I’ve been Banner fuel for 20 years and I’m on the Guardian plan with them. I’ve had no problems or issues with their customer service until 10/5 (Sat.) when I called to have someone come and look at my furnace as it had stopped working and my house was colder than outside. That was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with them. From the person who answered the phone to the service tech that came out to my house. They were rude, person one the phone started yelling at me, wanted to know if this was really an “emergency”. If this wasn’t an emergency - I wouldn’t be calling you in the first place to have someone come out to have my furnace fixed on a Saturday. So, Banner Fuel staff, mind your P’s and Q’s with your customers.
