I’ve always had good service here so long as I’m in person. Otherwise, it’s almost impossible to talk to anyone. Their hours both online and on their answering machine are 8am to 11pm during the week yet I call at 5 and get an automated “call back during business hours”. 5pm on a Friday would be normal hours yet no one is available to answer the phone or take a message? I’ve also shown up well within “normal business hours” to find they closed up for the day. Hard to treat pets when you don’t even follow your own schedule.

Happy it was open after 7. My king was so sick I really didn't think he would make it. They took great care of him where my original vet didn't... he was feeling much better after and was able to come home the following day

My husband and I went to put our 14 year old terrier mix down as she was struggling and stopped walking yesterday. They were so kind and patient! They were efficient with the process and really made sure that we had the best experience possible in this situation! I will be forever grateful for their assistance in helping our Annie girl cross the rainbow bridge ❤️ She will be furever missed 💔🐾
