Loading...We started with the Karaage, Japanese-style fried chicken, which was flavorful and had a nice kick of ginger. However, when it came to the Tonkotsu Traditional pork bone broth ramen, we were left wanting more. The broth lacked the richness and depth of flavor we expected from a tonkotsu broth, which was disappointing.
On a brighter note, the Bansho Ultimate Ramen offered a more satisfying experience. The rich pork bone broth with homemade garlic seasoning provided a tasty base, and the variety of toppings, including simmered pork belly, ground pork with miso paste, and fried gobo (Burdock Root), added layers of flavor and texture. In particular, the fried burdock root added a unique crunch that complemented the dish well.
