I had such a nice time at the Brea location that I decided to buy a gift card for my sister in law’s birthday. I followed all instructions on emails and the link wasn’t working on my end. Email responses from Sheena were curt and rude offering no help. If she was interested in my business, she should have been more helpful. I kindly asked for help and was met with a terse “no attachment” no offering help, no ‘I’d like to help you out,’ nothing. I’m glad the gc didn’t go through because if her lack of customer service is any indication of her business, then no thank you. There are plenty of other similar businesses who want to earn patronage and respect of people. Take a look at her Yelp reviews to get a better idea of her lack in customer service. She would rather find blame than to turn bad situations into good experiences.
