Firstly a disclaimer * we have not been to their physical location, my experience was Bar.bacetto's pizza pop up at Ak's Mercado in Walla Walla. That being said Bar.bacetto blew me away with flavors so rich and plentiful put me out with a food coma🥰 That being said I cannot WAIT to go see them at their Brick & Mortar in Waitsburg 🙌 excited to see what kind of flavor profiles you guys have up your sleeves. Cheers you two 🥂 ........ So we had the pleasure of getting to their restaurant. Holy S$÷& I was absolutely blown away by the service and food. Chanterelle mushroom pasta about blew my mind. The flavors were getting so intense with the Chanterelle mushrooms being perfectly cooked and then the finish with parmesan almost over the top, then smash into a food orgasm. It was truly a delight as the restaurant is so smooth and the atmosphere was so delightful. I recommend!! Get here as soon as you can!!!

Wonderful atmosphere to this small restaurant in Waitsburg, very cool and would love to have a party here. The couple owners who are host and chef provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great cocktails and daily menu. While the pasta was a little too al dente for my taste still delicious.
No doubt you will enjoy a dinner out here, would visit again.

Mike & Erin are crushing it! This beautiful and intimate place is a breath of fresh air for the culinary scene in this area. The warm atmosphere, delicious food and incredible customer service, it’s top notch (not in a stuffy way). Vanessa our server was perfect. She was extremely knowledgeable and her pace was on wonderful. Mike went out of his way to chat it up with us a few times and treat us to a wonderful in house made aperitif. I wish I had taken pictures of the food but we were so excited to dig into every single course. The Focaccia bread is out of this world! That’s coming from someone who dislikes focaccia. The Prosciutto Di Parma with Burrata is melt in your mouth good and the Rigatoni Ala Toscana is a must. Also for those who don’t drink alcohol they have a non alcoholic bubbly rose that is divine. You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between this and a real rose. The highlights are endless. It’s not super easy to get a reservation so we would highly recommend you start booking now. We are so grateful for the epic experience we had here, for the owners, the staff and couldn’t be happier! This place is incredibly special. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
