Baraka Gems is an awesome local jewelry store! Jamie and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I recently had some jewelry that I inherited resized and they did an excellent job. Jamie spent the time letting me know what was worth resizing, and what was not. Jamie is super friendly and gives you devoted attention and assistance. They also carry beautiful pieces.

Had my grandmothers engagement ring, needed it taken down several sizes. It came back quick, perfectly resized and it was much more affordable than I was expecting. Bakara also looked at the claws to make sure they were in good shape, and offered me advice on how often to get them looked at to make sure the diamonds don’t fall out. Very satisfied and would come back for any jewelry repair!

I had so much fun working with the Baraka team to reimagine my families heirloom jewelry and turn them into pieces that I actually like, yet feel special and sentimental. They were patient and courteous. I highly recommend doing this with whatever old jewelry from your grandma that is sitting in your closet gathering dust.
